Our gym is well supplied with state of the art equipment so you can make the most of your workouts. We have a 16 station Life Fitness Signature Series circuit, tons of free weights, Smith machine, Jacob's Ladder, spin bikes, treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bike and much more.
Whether you only need a spot or a full personal training session, our trainers are on hand 24/7 to assist you. They can lead you through a group bootcamp or develop a personal diet and exercise regimen tailor made to your needs and budget.

Jackie's was created as a small temple of Peace. We are of no particular Faith, and look at life from a spiritual and metaphysical perspective. We are here to assist anyone on their path of remembering and reconnecting to Self and Nature in a very simple and natural way. We are holding this space for you to shift gears, and have the courage of opening up to change. It’s all about believing in Self and learning to love oneself.
